Quiet peaceful place to be
Stayed here for a good couple of months. First few months were great. Then things slowly changed. They no longer provide picnic tables to long-term RV people, just short-term RV people. The picnic tables that were there are a danger to the residents. I'm surprised the park hasn't been sued if someone got seriously hurt by them.
55+ community. Attractive and moderately priced. Very well maintained landscapes. Nice pool.

Super quiet nice people excellent staff all the amenities I shouldn't say this because my place might not be available and a couple of months when I come back no it's an awesome place to be.
There's a blind corner at the first entrance (corner of West Stardust and the entrance). I've almost been in an accident several times due to that. All that needs to be done is to remove the trees that are blocking the view, but I'm sure that they don't want to put much into the park (in my opinion). Also, there is barely any parking on that road, so residents are parking in the street, making it even more dangerous.
The rules only apply to certain people. For example, the rules say no fridges on the pad, yet practically everyone has one on the pad. Dogs must be leashed rule is a joke, as I have seen several dogs off leash and man times the owner is not around.
I believe this park would be great if the owners would just put more time and money into it. But after talking with people who have lived there for awhile, the owners seem to want to do the bare minimum.
