It's a public storage facility. Always clean. Accessable 24/7. With stood Herricane Mathew. My unit was dry inside. Buildings held up with no damage. Prices about the same as everywhere else.
We have a bunch of missing items. Read BBB reviews! Read google reviews... everyone says the same thing! I wish I would have read the reviews first. Rat poop was on almost everything and we have sooo many things missing. This is sooo sad! Lamps, a brand new baby mattress, kitchen items... the list goes on! Taught me a valuable lesson! Then found out another person who was also using this storage place is also missing items. Shame on you AAA storage! Thieves and scammers!

to set the premise we had moved cones out of the way thinking nothing of it and apparently we had run a tire over some wet concrete . We were extremely apologetic and were willing to fix the situation however we could . In the process of my husband talking to the owner I overhear an employee begin to talk bad about my husband. And when I say he "talked bad about my husband" that is the biggest understatement. I essentially overheard him say how my husband was a "stupid. And has to be one of the dumbest "beeping beepers" alive" of course I immediately confronted him. And told him in so many words his behavior was unacceptable He needed to stop immediately. The employee then he turned his anger towards me and said much more vulgar disgusting rude things! Never in my life have I been treated like this let alone as a consumer trying to conduct business. It was appalling never go there!
I love Malabar storage. I have been here for years. I was going to move to a closer location to my house. But AAA have the best prices in my opinion in the area. And Sunday l give them triple five-star because I put the lady through changes by moving from one unit and had to move back to the unit I moved out of she was very pleasant about the whole situation.
